Happy Resurrection Day!!
Here's the reading for this week. We are going to begin this week by reading Dr. Luke's account of the death and resurrection of Christ (Luke 22-24), then finish Isaiah and begin 1 Corinthians.
Easter Sunday: Luke 22
Monday: Luke 23-24
Tuesday: Isaiah 61-63
Wednesday: Isaiah 64-66
Thursday: 1 Corinthians 1-4
Friday: 1 Corinthians 5-8
Saturday: Proverbs 7
Be prepared for 1 Corinthians as it's much different from a lot of the reading we've been doing lately. This will be the second letter we have read from the Apostle Paul written to a church, and you will notice that he is dealing with a number of specific issues that were going on in this church. If you have any questions about any issues that arise while reading, don't hesitate to comment or send me an email.
Also, enjoy finishing Isaiah. What a fantastic book... I think it's my favorite in the entire Bible.
